Тъй като кандидатът следва да владее писмено и говоримо английски език, по-долу ще намерите детайли и изисквания:

Requirements:

• Working with clients and project stakeholders to gather requirements, define and understand the project’s scope
• Creating clarity and verify project requirements from different perspectives and translating them into the appropriate goals
• Effective and timely communication with team members and clients
• Tracking, coordinating, reviewing, approving and documenting project tasks
• Planning, coordinating and removing obstacles for the project teams to achieve a high level of performance and quality
• Scheduling the execution of tasks and monitoring the process for multiple projects
• Visualizing and presenting ideas, solutions, goals, KPIs and data professionally to the project stakeholders
• Participating in daily meetings with the PMO, team members and clients
• Working closely with the higher management for elaborating documentation

What we are looking for? 

• Proven record of working experience as a Project manager, Project Coordinator, Product manager, Account manager or Business developer
• Good understanding of SEO concepts, terminology and best practices
• Excellent time management, ability to multitask and organizational skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Understanding of SEO tools – Google Search Console, Google Analytics, Google My Business, SemRush, Ahrefs, Screaming Frog, etc.
• Working with Google services – GSuite, Google Calendar, Google Meet, Google Drive
• Experience with project management systems – Asana, Bitrix24, Jira, Monday.com, Trello, etc.
• Knowledge in Agile methodology
• Excellent written and verbal communication, including technical writing skills, both in English and Bulgarian; speak knowledgeably with members of both the business and marketing teams
• Willingness to work with multiple technologies
• Team player, positive and open-minded attitude
• Creative thinking, enthusiasm and persistence

Nice to have:

• Official certification in SEO / Digital Marketing
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Management
